How this raffle works

• Every ticket has an equal chance of winning
• Free entries are treated exactly the same as paid entries
• No weighting, favouring, or exclusions are applied

Why entrant names are not shown

To comply with UK data protection and privacy laws, we do not publicly display entrant names, ticket quantities, or whether entries were paid or free.

This protects the privacy of everyone who enters the raffle.

What we do show publicly

• Total number of tickets issued
• Ticket cap progress (if applicable)
• Verified winners once the draw is completed

This raffle is operated in line with UK charity prize draw guidance and the Gambling Act 2005.

If the raffle is drawn at a live event

• If the winner is present at the event, the prize can be collected on the day
• Valid ticket confirmation will be required

If the raffle is drawn after the event

• Winners may collect their prize by arrangement from Portchester, Hampshire
• Collection times will be agreed directly with the winner

Delivery option

• Delivery can be arranged if collection is not possible
• Delivery costs are the responsibility of the winner
• We will always confirm costs before sending
