Raffle Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

The promoter of these raffles is Portsmouth Ghostbusters. All raffles are run for fundraising and community support purposes.

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
• UK residents only, unless otherwise stated.
• Members of Portsmouth Ghostbusters may enter unless a specific raffle states otherwise.
• We reserve the right to refuse or disqualify entries that breach these terms.

3. How to Enter

Each raffle will clearly state the available entry methods. These may include:

• Paid ticket entry
• Free entry option (where available)

Where a free entry route is provided, it will be given equal chance of winning to paid entries.

4. Free Entry Conditions

• Only one free entry per person per raffle is permitted.
• We may limit free entries by email address, phone number, IP address, or other reasonable methods.
• Attempts to submit multiple free entries may result in disqualification.

5. Entry Limits

Unless otherwise stated:

• There is no maximum number of paid entries per person.
• Ticket caps may apply to individual raffles.

6. Raffle Duration

Each raffle will clearly display:

• Start date and time
• End date and time

No entries will be accepted after the stated closing time.

7. Prizes

• Prizes are as described on the raffle page.
• Images are for illustration purposes unless stated otherwise.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

8. Winner Selection

• Winners are selected at random from all valid entries.
• Unless explicitly stated, one prize per person per raffle applies.
• Draws are conducted using our internal raffle system.

9. Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at entry.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to redraw.

10. Publicity

By entering, winners agree that their first name and ticket number may be displayed on our website or social channels unless they request otherwise.

11. Refunds

• All entries are final.
• No refunds are available once a raffle has closed.

We take your privacy seriously. When you enter a raffle, we may collect:
