‘Ghostbusters: Afterlife’ Joins Original Films and ‘Frozen Empire’ on Hulu

As of today, February 16, Ghostbusters: Afterlife is now streaming on Hulu, completing the platform’s recent franchise rollout and bringing together the four prime canon Ghostbusters films in one place for U.S. viewers.

With Ghostbusters, Ghostbusters II, and Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire already available, the addition of Afterlife allows subscribers to follow the franchise’s cinematic timeline from its 1980s origins through its present-day continuation.

This latest arrival follows the strong performance of Frozen Empire, which achieved streaming success after its January 22 debut, immediately taking the top spot and remaining in the Top 5 for a full week, as well as the February 1 return of both Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters II, which brought the franchise’s foundational adventures back on demand.

Subscribers can stream all four films through the standalone Hulu app or via the Hulu hub within Disney+, depending on how they access the service. It is also worth noting that the standalone Hulu app will soon merge into Disney+. While no exact timeline has been confirmed, the integration is slated for sometime within this calendar year.
