Ernie Hudson Named Global Ambassador for World Youth Clubs

Ernie Hudson continues to use his celebrity status to help make a difference, with the Ghostbusters star announcing that he has been named a Global Ambassador for World Youth Clubs.

Sharing the news on social media, Hudson expressed his excitement over the role and the organization’s mission, which focuses on creating safe, positive environments for young people around the world.

World Youth Clubs currently supports more than 600,000 children across 4,000 clubs worldwide, helping provide structure, mentorship, and meaningful opportunities for youth through local organizations. Hudson’s involvement with the group isn’t new either, as the actor previously served as a judge for the organization’s Promise Awards, helping select both Club of the Year and Youth of the Year in 2025.
